Plain-language summary

Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment or price. We confirm the scope, price, and date before work begins. Customers must disclose known hazards and provide safe access. Some jobs require a licensed contractor and will not be performed by HELLYEAHCLEANING.

1. Requests, estimates, and approval

An online submission is a request for service, not a guaranteed appointment, binding estimate, or promise that the requested work can be performed. Estimates are based on the information available and may change if site conditions, measurements, materials, access, or the requested scope differ. Any material change will be discussed before additional work is performed. The customer confirms that they own the property or have authority to approve the work.

2. Access and customer responsibilities

The customer must provide safe, lawful, and reasonable access to the service area; secure pets and children; identify fragile items, hidden utilities, alarms, cameras, gate codes, septic components, irrigation, and known hazards; and remove valuables or obstacles that could interfere with the work. The customer is responsible for required HOA, landlord, or property-manager permission unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Trash-can cleaning terms

  • Cans must be empty, accessible, and free of prohibited, hazardous, medical, chemical, sharp, or oversized waste before service.
  • A working outdoor water source must be available unless another arrangement is confirmed.
  • Cleaning reduces ordinary residue and odor but does not sterilize a can or guarantee removal of every stain, smell, pest, adhesive, paint, or permanent discoloration.
  • Loose parts, cracks, sun damage, weak wheels, damaged lids, and other pre-existing conditions may worsen during normal cleaning. Please disclose known damage before service.
  • Service may be delayed or rescheduled for unsafe conditions, severe weather, inaccessible cans, water restrictions, equipment problems, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
  • Quarterly service is prepaid for four scheduled cleanings. Monthly service is prepaid for six monthly cleanings, and weekly service is prepaid for 26 weekly cleanings. These prepaid packages do not auto-renew and are not a contract. A disclosed $5 online convenience fee applies to each online payment and is nonrefundable once processed, except where law requires otherwise.

4. Handyman and cleaning-project terms

  • HELLYEAHCLEANING provides limited cleaning, maintenance, assembly, mounting, and minor non-structural repair services that do not require a professional license or permit.
  • HELLYEAHCLEANING is not a licensed electrical contractor, plumber, conditioned-air/HVAC contractor, or residential/general contractor. Work requiring a license, permit, code inspection, structural alteration, or specialized trade will be declined or referred to a properly licensed professional.
  • Pressure washing and chemical treatment can reveal or worsen pre-existing oxidation, loose paint, failed caulk, weak mortar, damaged siding, cracked concrete, worn stain, leaking seals, or hidden water-entry points. The customer must identify known damage and keep openings closed.
  • Stain and odor treatment is best-effort. Complete removal is not guaranteed, and some fibers, fabrics, paint, coatings, stone, concrete, or finishes may react differently. A test area may be used when practical.
  • For mounted items, the customer is responsible for choosing placement and confirming any building, lease, or HOA restrictions. Hidden wiring, plumbing, blocking, studs, or wall defects may limit placement.
  • Vehicle cleaning does not include mechanical repair. The customer should remove valuables and disclose delicate finishes, aftermarket parts, leaks, prior body damage, or electrical concerns.

5. Basic automotive service terms

  • Advertised automotive prices are starting labor prices only. Oil, filters, brake components, shop supplies, disposal, taxes, and other parts or materials are not included unless specifically stated in the confirmed quote.
  • Customers may supply their own parts or request that HELLYEAHCLEANING source parts at an additional disclosed cost. Vehicle information must be accurate so fitment can be checked.
  • Customer-supplied parts remain the customer's responsibility. If a supplied part is incorrect, defective, incomplete, or incompatible, labor already performed and any approved return-trip or travel charge remain due. HELLYEAHCLEANING is not responsible for fitment errors or defects in customer-supplied parts.
  • Final availability and labor price depend on the vehicle, access, condition, service location, and exact scope. Any out-of-area travel charge will be disclosed before the appointment.
  • Service may be declined or stopped for unsafe conditions, severe rust, seized or damaged hardware, unsupported modifications, missing information, or work beyond the basic services offered.

6. Pricing, payment, and cancellations

Payment timing and method will be stated in the confirmed estimate or service plan. Custom handyman and automotive pricing is job-specific unless a starting labor price is advertised. Materials, disposal, parking, tolls, specialty rentals, travel, or added work may be charged only when disclosed or approved. Customers should provide reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule. Deposits, special-order materials, completed work, and processed convenience fees may be nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law.

7. Existing conditions and damage reports

HELLYEAHCLEANING is not responsible for ordinary wear, hidden defects, code violations, manufacturer defects, pre-existing damage, or failures unrelated to the service. Any concern believed to have been caused by the work should be reported promptly with reasonable access to inspect and address it. Condition photos may be taken for job documentation and dispute resolution, but will not be used publicly for marketing without separate permission.

8. Safety and right to stop work

Service may be refused, paused, or stopped if conditions appear unsafe, unlawful, outside the agreed scope, beyond available equipment or experience, or likely to damage property. This includes suspected asbestos, lead hazards, mold remediation, biohazards, energized electrical hazards, active leaks, structural instability, aggressive animals, or unsafe working heights.

9. Reasonable limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, HELLYEAHCLEANING is responsible only for direct physical damage proven to have been caused by its failure to use reasonable care. It is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms waives rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived.

10. Electronic acceptance and governing law

Checking the acceptance box and submitting a request records the customer’s electronic agreement to the version of these terms shown at that time. These terms are governed by Georgia law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A confirmed written estimate or service agreement controls if it directly conflicts with these general terms.

11. Questions

Questions about a job, plan, cancellation, or these terms can be discussed before service by calling (770) 402-1677.
